Creative thinking, technical depth, and a direct partnership from start to finish.

Creative Innovation for Development (CIFD) is a small, hands-on web team built around the combination of technical architecture, conversion-focused thinking, and long-term digital practicality.

A small team by design.

CIFD is led by Khashayar Farshchi and Saman Parvaneh, a husband-and-wife team with complementary strengths across technical delivery and digital strategy. We built CIFD around a simple idea: businesses deserve websites that are both well-built and commercially effective.

Too often, projects are split between teams that do not fully align—design without technical depth, or development without enough attention to messaging, trust, and conversion. Our approach is intentionally more integrated. When you work with CIFD, you work directly with the people shaping the strategy and building the final result.

What clients get by working with CIFD.

We do not see a website as just a design task or just a development task. For us, it is a business asset that has to communicate clearly, perform reliably, and still be useful months after launch.

That is why our work combines message clarity, visual quality, technical practicality, and managed support. Whether the project is a compact one-page website or a larger company platform, the goal is always the same: build something that supports real business use, not just a successful handoff day.

What matters to us

Clarity

We aim to make complex decisions easier—through clearer packages, clearer communication, and websites that are easier for visitors to understand.

Durability

We prefer foundations that can last. That means thinking beyond launch day and building websites that can stay useful as the business grows.

Direct partnership

Clients work directly with the people doing the thinking and the building. That keeps communication tighter and decisions more grounded.

How we think about websites

Not every business needs the same structure

Some businesses need a clean one-page presence. Others need a profile-led page, a strong portfolio, or a larger multi-page company website. We shape the build around the real need, not a one-size-fits-all template.

The build should match the business stage

We think in terms of fit. The right website is not always the biggest one—it is the one that gives the business enough clarity, credibility, and room to grow without unnecessary complexity.

Support matters after launch

A website should not become a technical burden the moment it goes live. We care about what happens after launch too, which is why managed hosting and maintenance are part of how we work.

Questions About Working With Us

What is the advantage of working with a small team?

You get direct communication, tighter alignment, and fewer handoff problems. The people guiding the project are also the people making the key decisions and building the outcome.

Do you only work with WordPress?

No. We use different platforms depending on the needs of the project. In some cases, WordPress is the best fit for speed and ease of management. In others, Wagtail and Django provide a stronger foundation for flexibility and long-term scalability.

Can you work with clients remotely?

Yes. Our process is designed to support remote collaboration, so we can work with clients in different locations without needing an in-person setup.

Can you work with our existing hosting or infrastructure?

Yes. We can host and maintain the websites we build, but we can also work with an existing setup or prepare a project for handover if that is a better fit for your business.

What happens after the initial managed period?

You keep control of your website and can decide what kind of support you want next. Some clients continue with managed care, while others prefer a handover or a different hosting arrangement.
